Ingredients:
4 julienne sausages
6 hard-boiled eggs sliced in half
1/2 chopped onion
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Mozarella cheese
1 26-ounce can of pasta sauce
Steps:
1. Place the sliced eggs in a pyrex.
2. Add sausages, chopped onion, and pasta sauce, and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
3. Cover with aluminum foil and place in the oven for 10 minutes.
4. Spread the Parmesan cheese, place in the oven for 5 more minutes and that's it.
