Ingredients:
1 can Campbellās condensed cheddar cheese soup
3/4 cup milk (you can add more if you like it creamy)
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (or other cheese of choice)
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 cups hot cooked small macaroni pasta (1 1/2 cup uncooked)
Steps:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Cook pasta according to package directions.
3. In 1-quart baking dish, mix soup, cheese, milk, pepper, and cooked macaroni.
4. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and heated through.
What makes this recipe special?
Baked macaroni and cheese was a family favorite growing up. Generally universal for picky eaters and hearty eaters. This recipe spans generations, and now my girls enjoy making it with me.
