Ingredients:


2 cups diced cantaloupe
2 cups diced watermelon
1 cucumber—peeled, seeded, and diced
4 large tomatoes, seeded and diced
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 minced jalapeño pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups diced cantaloupe

1. Combine all ingredients to create salsa.
