Ingredients:
1/3 cup olive oil
2 to 3 lemons, juiced
2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3 to 5 drops Tabasco sauce (red or green)
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
2 to 3 garlic cloves, pierced with fork
Steps:
1. Soak garlic cloves in oil, preferably overnight.
2. Remove garlic from oil and discard.
3. Mix oil with all other ingredients.
4. Dress over romaine lettuce salad.

This is the original Caesar dressing recipe from the Caesar Hotel in Tijuana, Mexico (less the anchovies and raw egg, but you are welcome to add those if you would like) and an all-time family favorite.
