One Pan Fajitas

3 to 4 chicken breasts
1 cup salsa
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 yellow onion, sliced into strips
1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
1 yellow pepper, sliced into strips
Salt and pepper
1 lime


1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Spray 9" x 13" baking dish with cooking spray.
3. Place chicken strips into baking dish and toss with salsa, taco seasoning, and garlic powder.
4. Add onion and bell peppers and toss to coat in spices.
5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
6. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, tossing once halfway through cooking.
7. Remove from oven, give dish one more toss, squeeze juice of 1/2 lime over top, and season again with salt and pepper.
8. Serve in warm tortillas with your favorite toppings.
