Ingredients:


3 avocados
1/2 lemon, juiced
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 plum tomatoes, diced
1/2 tablespoon garlic salt
1 pinch ground cayenne pepper (optional)

Steps:


1. Cut the avocados into halves.
2. Remove the seeds and scoop out the pulp into a small bowl.
3. Use a fork to mash the avocado.
4. Stir in lemon juice, onion, salt, cilantro, tomatoes, and garlic salt.
5. You can add 1 pinch of ground cayenne pepper (optional).
6. Decorate with a few leaves of cilantro.
