Ingredients:
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup butter, melted
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 16-ounce package powdered sugar
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips, melted
Steps:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients together in a large mixing bowl; mix well using a wooden spoon.
2. Press into the bottom of a well-greased 15” x 10” jelly-roll pan (cookie sheet).
3. Pour melted chocolate evenly over crust.
4. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
5. Score into bars but leave in pan.
6. Refrigerate until firm.
7. Slice completely through scores and serve cold.

Additional notes:
You can find finely crumbled graham crackers in the store.
Use a cookie sheet/jelly-roll pan that you don’t mind scratching.
IMPORTANT ~ score all the way through the bars or they won’t come out of the pan neatly!
When storing, separate with wax paper ~ even the bottom layer.
