Country of Origin:
2 1/4 pounds pork ribs
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons ketchup
1. Pre-boil pork ribs for 10 to 15 minutes.
2. Add ketchup to a separate pan and cook on medium heat. Add sugar, honey, and soy sauce as the ketchup heats up. Stir as the sauce boils to avoid burning the sauce.
3. Add pork ribs to sauce, and stir to make sure the sauce is well spread over ribs.
4. Lower heat and let the pork cook for 5 to 10 minutes.

Serve with ugali/rice/mashed potatoes.
