Ingredients:
2 cups seasoned croutons
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
6 eggs beaten
2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Steps:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Place croutons in a greased 10" x 6" x 1 3/4" baking dish.
3. Sprinkle cheese over croutons.
4. Combine eggs, milk, salt, dry mustard, onion powder and pepper, and mix well.
5. Pour egg mixture into casserole.
6. Bake for 25 minutes.
