Ingredients:
One pre-made angel food cake
1 family-sized container CoolWhip whipped topping
1 jar lemon curd
1 package Jelly candy lemon fruit slices
Steps:
1. With a serrated knife, carefully cut the angel food in half horizontally. Place the top carefully to the side.
2. Spread the jar of lemon curd on the bottom half of the angel food cake. Replace the top half of the cake so it returns to its original shape.
3. Frost the reassembled cake with CoolWhip, covering it completely.
4. Garnish the sides and tops with candy lemon fruit slices.
5. Chill the cake in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
