Ingredients:
2 bananas
1 cup flour
1 1/2 cups oats
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup yogurt (your favorite flavor)
2 eggs
1/2 cup canola oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup brown sugar
Steps:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Mush bananas and mix with remaining ingredients (i.e., flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, yogurt, eggs, canola oil, vanilla, chocolate chips) in a large bowl.
3. Pour batter into 15 cupcake tins and sprinkle tops with brown sugar.
4. Bake for 30 minutes.
