Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients:


1 1-pound box brown sugar
2 cups white sugar
3/4 cup 2% milk
16-ounce jar marshmallow fluff
16-ounce jar Skippy crunchy peanut butter

Steps:


1. Mix brown sugar and white sugar together in cooking pot.
2. Pour in milk and mix thoroughly.
3. Melt mixture to a boil on low heat, stirring occasionally; heat for an additional 3 minutes.
4. Remove from heat.
5. Stir in marshmallow fluff and peanut butter.
6. Spray 8-inch Pyrex square dish or equivalent with non-stick cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
7. Pour batter contents into dish.
8. Refrigerate for approximately 1 hour.
9. Cut and serve.

What makes this recipe special?

For over 30 years, my mother would make this recipe for Christmas. This has been a family tradition that not only her children, but now her grandchildren, look forward to every year.
