UIDP28 Conference: Catalyzing Innovation Through Partnerships
RTI was a leading sponsor of UIDP 28, along with our founding university partners North Carolina State University, University of North Carolina–Chapel Hill, and Duke University. In addition to supporting this robust platform for exploring strategic and tactical issues affecting academic–corporate engagement, RTI research and business development staff were available throughout the event to discuss key areas of expertise and alignment with attendees.

RTP 180 Series
Like RTI, the Research Triangle Foundation is also marking its 60th anniversary. To spotlight this shared milestone, RTI and the Foundation co-hosted a program opener at the April RTP 180 event celebrating the story of partnership that yielded one of the world’s leading research institutes and the largest R&D park in the United States.

Partnership | Perspectives from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation
RTI hosted Dr. Sindura Ganapathi—Deputy Director, Global Health Division—for an institute-wide talk on the power of partnership from the perspective of a global foundation. Afterward Dr. Ganapathi attended a luncheon and an afternoon discussion group that continued the conversation on partnership.
